This is incredibly helpful. I’m applying this to every day life!

Soooo helpful for my flow chart brain! I combo these; for example I have a lot of routines but I schedule them in. I also have daily to do lists so I can have a visual reminder to do things out of sight. Like the weeds in the yard, I don’t see those indoors and think to do them! So I need a to do for that.

I like many of your subscribers use to do lists, my mum taught me to use them to help keep me calm and less overwhelmed rather than keeping it all in my head and yes having 'easy' tasks like make the bed and wash up when struck off help keep me motivated HOWEVER, what I want to know is if I make a set of tasks a routine or a habit is it likely to make me more productive and get more struck off my list. I did really well for a week by adopting you evening routine in the kitchen and that helped.
